    Q1296 Triple Irish Chain w/ Swag Border. More pictures. C1940. This quilt shows like a piece of art with bold colors, a striking design, and gorgeous quilting. Tightly hand pieced and appliqued with high grade cottons in true medium blue, true red, and buttery yellow; set on true white ground. Quilted with half-feather wreaths, feathers, florals, hawaian-type "echo" quilting, small grid and straight lines, at 6-7 stitches per inch. Self-bound with a tight edge. This quilt has been exhibited at several local quilt and museum shows over the last fifteen years and has a sleeve for hanging. Mint condition, unusued and unwashed. A few tiny spots. Large: 84x86. $1800

    Q4808 Applique Tulips. More pictures. C1930, PA. Unusualy, folky pattern. Nice applique work on the flowers, in solids colors, pieced to quality muslin. Large blocks are lavishly quilted with feather wreaths. Borders are quilted with cables, circles and leaves. About 7 stitches per inch. Blocks and borders are machine assembled. Thin batting; white muslin backing; separately applied red binding. Excellent condition; clean, sturdy, useable quilt. 78x78  $395

    Q1844 Album Patch/Chimney Sweep. More pictures. C1880, PA. Great fall quilt in early greens, madder prints and yellow calico. Wide ribbon print border on all four sides. Makes a good bed quilt. Quilted in floral designs and straight lines, in brown thread, at about 6-7 stitches per inch. Back is a chocolate brown plaid. Very thin batting; self bound, tightly rolled from back to front. Appears to be unused. Still crisp. One small spot on front (1/2-inch dia.). A few spots/stains on back. Large size, 86x87, will easily fit a queen bed.  $375

    Q5061 Trip Around the World. More pictures. C1930. Quality cottons in a very pretty choice of colors. Nicely made and quilted. Pieces measure about 1.5 in. Machine pieced. Well quilted, around the pieces and diagonally across the pieces, at 6-7 stitches per inch. Light green cotton back is brought around to the top to make the binding. Thin batting. Excellent, clean, useable condition. 70x79.  $275

    Q5057 Pots of Tulips. More pictures C1940. Made by Rose Cohlmia of Buffalo, OK. Family later moved to Texas. Attractive colors and design, set on white cotton ground. White cotton back, thin batting and separately applied green binding. Heavily quilted in diamonds and around the tulips, at 7 stitches per inch. Very good, clean, sturdy condition. A few light spots. 72x82.  $350

    Q5129 Double Irish Chain. More pictures C1920. Graphic quilt with beautiful color combination. Dark indigo blue and deep pink, set on off-white cotton. This is a well made quilt with tight hand piecing and excellent quilting. Quilted with a floral design in the plain white blocks, by the piece, and in swags in the border, at 6-7 stitches per inch. Medium-thin cotton batting and off-white back. Tightly bound from back to front. Excellent, clean condition. 69x76.  $295
